ROZPORZĄDZENIE KOMISJI (UE) 2025/1108
z dnia 23 maja 2025 r.
zmieniające rozporządzenie Rady (WE) nr 2368/2002 wprowadzające w życie system certyfikacji Procesu Kimberley dla handlu międzynarodowego surowcem diamentowym
KOMISJA EUROPEJSKA,
uwzględniając Traktat o funkcjonowaniu Unii Europejskiej,
uwzględniając rozporządzenie Rady (WE) nr 2368/2002 z dnia 20 grudnia 2002 r. wprowadzające w życie system certyfikacji Procesu Kimberley dla handlu międzynarodowego surowcem diamentowym (1), w szczególności jego art. 20,
a także mając na uwadze, co następuje:
| (1) | Załącznik II do rozporządzenia (WE) nr 2368/2002 zawiera wykaz uczestników systemu certyfikacji procesu Kimberley oraz ich odpowiednich właściwych organów. |
| (2) | Na podstawie informacji dostarczonych przez przewodniczącego systemu certyfikacji Procesu Kimberley i/lub przez uczestników Komisja może zmienić listę uczestników i ich właściwych organów. |
| (3) | Uczestnicy Procesu Kimberley przyjęli do wiadomości wniosek Uzbekistanu o członkostwo i po wizycie ekspertów stwierdzili, że spełnia on minimalne wymogi systemu certyfikacji. |
| (4) | Na posiedzeniu plenarnym Procesu Kimberley w listopadzie 2024 r. zatwierdzono dodanie Uzbekistanu do listy uczestników tego procesu. |
| (5) | Należy zatem odpowiednio zmienić załącznik II do rozporządzenia (WE) nr 2368/2002, |
PRZYJMUJE NINIEJSZE ROZPORZĄDZENIE:
Artykuł 1
Załącznik II do rozporządzenia (WE) nr 2368/2002 zastępuje się tekstem znajdującym się w załączniku do niniejszego rozporządzenia.
Artykuł 2
Niniejsze rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie dwudziestego dnia po jego opublikowaniu w Dzienniku Urzędowym Unii Europejskiej.
Niniejsze rozporządzenie wiąże w całości i jest bezpośrednio stosowane we wszystkich państwach członkowskich.
