Gdy znane są już podstawowe zasady przygotowania prezentacji biznesowej, warto z większą dokładnością przyjrzeć się jej strukturze i językowi. Present It Well
Good afternoon everyone. It is a pleasure to welcome you here today. My name is Jessie Jolly and as some of you may know I am a writer and a trainer specializing in developing business skills. Dale Carnegie is reported to have said that there are always three speeches, for every one you actually gave. The one you practiced, the one you gave, and the one you wish you gave. I am here today to help you narrow the gaps between these three.
I am going to tell you how to structure your business talks to get your message through to the audience and what selection of language can help to reinforce the structure. I am sure that each of you needs to deliver a business presentation pretty often so I hope that whatever you learn today, you will be able to put into practice tomorrow.
Another clever guy said that no one can remember more than three points but I decided to push you a bit further today and divided may talk into four. Firstly, I am going to give you an overview of how to structure the introduction. Secondly, we will linger for a while on the issues concerning the core part of the presentation. Thirdly, I will devote some space to point out the key elements of a good closing and finally, I will finish with elaborating on Q&A sessions. Additionally, each section will include relevant examples of signposting language that I hope you will find very useful in the future.
