YOUR VOICE AND BODY LANGUAGE
There are a number of factors which will lead to the delivery of an effective presentation. One of them is the voice of the speaker. Try not to speak too fast - by speaking slowly, you will have more time think about what you want to say. If you use notes while presenting, a good idea would be to mark all the pauses and stressed words - this way your presentation will sound more natural. Please remember, though, that it is always better to speak rather than to read your presentation. Your notes should only help you to remember what you want to say as well as to stay focused.
