Let me introduce myself - my name is Alice and I work for a big international company as a Human Resources Senior Specialist. I am responsible here for employee training, recruitment and other activities related to the development of our human resources i.e. employees’ programs.

My boss says that I am a perfect person to hold this position because of having the right attitude and enthusiasm. I am proud that my boss thinks that, but because my work impacts me and others, I feel there is something more that I can do to improve professional expertise and value to the company, and that is my time management skills.
