1. Typy osobowości

Although people may share a particular race, age and gender, they all have a unique personality. Common synonyms for the word personality include character, temperament & nature, all of which describe the way in which a person generally behaves, for example, a person may be extroverted or introverted, emotional or rational.
A quality or trait is one part of a person's personality. Employers typically wish their employees to possess the following traits:
• to have drive (or be driven), i.e. to have the motivation and energy to achieve goals
• to be ambitious and highly-motivated
• to be conscientious, dedicated and hard-working
• to be well-organised, responsible & assertive
We can say that all people come with their own personal baggage, a metaphor which describes the fact that people have different , , and . Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a theory which suggests that people work effectively when their needs are met.
